1 Oily concrete surface

After the greasy dirt is cleaned, wash it twice with clean water, and then polish the surface of the concrete smoothly to a depth of about 2 to 3 mm, until you can see the new concrete exposed.

2 The surface of the concrete that has been carbonized

For this kind of concrete surface, it can be directly polished. After the new concrete surface is exposed, an air compressor can be used to remove the dust. After drying, it can be wiped clean with acetone to carry out the construction of sticking steel reinforcement.

3 Concrete surface with high humidity

The high humidity will directly affect the construction effect of the bonding steel reinforcement. For the concrete surface with high humidity, it needs to be dried before the bonding steel reinforcement construction can be carried out.

4 The concrete surface with corroded steel bars has been exposed

For this type of concrete, the rust on the surface of the exposed steel bars needs to be cleaned before cleaning the concrete, and then the construction can be started after repairing.

5 Corroded steel plate

For heavily rusted steel plates, you can use hydrochloric acid soaking. Generally, after 20 minutes of soaking, the rust spots will fall off and you can start construction.

6 Uncorroded steel plate or small area of rusted steel plate

For this type of steel plate, the surface can be cleaned by sandblasting, etc., until the metal luster appears on the surface of the steel plate. After polishing, wipe it clean with acetone.

Of course, don't forget to protect after construction. After reinforcement, the steel plate should be painted with 20mm thick M15 cement mortar to protect it, or it can be protected with anti-rust paint to avoid steel corrosion.
