According to the identification report and design drawings, whether the bonding steel plate construction is carried out in accordance with the drawings is carried out.

The bond quality between steel plate and concrete can be inspected by hammering or other effective detection methods.

The effective paste area estimated according to the inspection results should not be less than 95% of the total paste area.

During the inspection, the plate should be partitioned and the area of empty drum should be measured by area.

If the area of a single empty drum is less than 10,000 mm2, it can be repaired by filling glue with borehole injection method; if the area of a single empty drum is more than 10,000 mm2, it should be removed and re-pasted steel plate with structural bonding adhesive, and re-checked and accepted.
