Rehabilitation and reinforcement of a kindergarten as a whole

The renovation project of kindergarten teaching building, with three-storey brick-concrete structure, has a building area of about 2800 m2. Because the original design was designed according to the old code, it is now checked in accordance with the current code and strengthened to those places that do not meet the current code. After strengthening, it is still used as a kindergarten teaching building, and the use function has not changed.

Because it does not meet the seismic requirements, the following treatment is carried out. The original brick wall uses concrete slab wall to increase the cross-section and enhance the overall seismic capacity.
