The garage is a four-story concrete parking structure for up to 700 vehicles, supported on a concrete column by a post-tensioned slab.

During the construction of the garage, it was found that the design of the post-tensioning system in the east-west direction of the slab was insufficient. The project team performed a repair job that included adding 3 inches thick and 3 feet wide heavy reinforced concrete beams to the underside of the slab, but some of the extended beams were delaminated. In addition, the garage was leaking, the slabs were broken, and the cantilever cabin was greatly deformed.
