Project scale: 65*15.54m prestressed carbon plates, each T beam is pasted at the bottom of the beam. A total of 1010 extended meters.


According to the inspection report, it is known that there are cracks in the web and floor of the T-beam, and the crack width is 0.05 to 0.15 mm. The beams are in good condition. Dynamic load experiments show that the rigidity of the beam meets the requirements, but there is not much safety factor. In order to improve the safety factor and durability of the bridge and ensure the safety of the structure, the prestressed carbon fiber plate is tensioned at the bottom of the beam plate to reinforce the structure.

Reinforcement scheme: A prestressed carbon fiber plate is longitudinally pasted on the bottom of the slab. The size of the carbon plate is 15540mm × 50mm × 3.0mm. The ultimate tensile stress should be ≥2400KN and the ultimate tensile force is 360KN. The tensile stress of this project is 1000MPa and the tensile force is 150KN, which means that the tensile force of a single carbon plate is 15T.

Summary: The project started construction in June 2015 and is currently complete. The bearing capacity of the bridge meets the original design load requirements, and the reinforcement effect meets the reinforcement design requirements. It is recommended to keep the height limit at the bridgehead and limit the load to 30t while maintaining comparative traffic demand.
