To repair concrete cracks, commonly used reinforcement methods are divided into three types: pressure infusion construction method, flexible sealing construction method and surface sealing construction method. Today, Horse focuses on the perfusion method.

1) When the horizontal or vertical members of concrete or masonry have a width of 0.05mm to 1.5mm and a depth of not more than 300mm penetrating or non-penetrating cracks, constant pressure injection should be used for construction. Generally speaking, the applied pressure should not be less than 0.2MPa;

2) If the width of the crack is greater than 0.5mm and the concrete cracks of the components with a meandering twist or a larger volume, machine-controlled pressure injection should be used. Let the structural glue penetrate into the cracks to repair it better;

3) When the crack is large, the corresponding grouting should be used to repair.

Of course, when the pressure infusion method is used for construction, the pressure infusion device should be installed reasonably and tested for pressure. The injection nozzle seat should be arranged according to the crack direction. When the syringe is used for glue injection, the distance between the glue injection nozzles should be 100mm ~ 300mm. When using machine-controlled glue injection, the distance of the glue nozzle should be set to 300mm ~ 500mm, and the crack surface between the base of the glue nozzle should be sealed with sealing compound. When the sealant is closed, an exhaust nozzle should be set on the crack to facilitate the injection of glue.

Secondly, when the sealant is cured, it should be tested for pressure immediately. Apply soap liquid along the direction of the sealant, and then press in compressed air from the injection nozzle. Observe whether there is any air leakage. If there is any air leakage, the sealing compound should be used to seal again until there is no air leakage.

The method of pressure infusion is a construction treatment technology for repairing and strengthening concrete cracks.
