01 Carbon fiber plate has good stress effect
The calculated tensile force of 10cm carbon cloth is 1600*100*0.167 (300g carbon cloth thickness)=26720N.
The calculated tensile force of the 10cm carbon plate is 1150*100*1.2=138000N.
From the calculation results, we can see that pasting a layer of 1.2mm thick carbon plate with the same width is more than 5 times the tensile force that a layer of 300g carbon cloth can bear.
02 Good strength utilization
Carbon cloth strength utilization rate:
1600/3400=47.1%
Carbon plate strength utilization rate:
1150/2400=47.9%
It can be seen that the carbon plate has a higher strength utilization rate than the carbon cloth.

03 Better control of the quality of the pasted carbon plate
The carbon plate is a carbon fiber raw wire formed by infiltrating and hardening using a resin. The material itself is hard, the glue layer is well controlled when applying glue, and the pressure is well controlled when pasting, so there will be no problem with the pasting effect. In the process of pasting carbon fiber cloth, there will be a series of common problems such as edge curling and bulging. And the carbon cloth paste is more demanding than the carbon substrate paste base.
