What is Horse Carbon Fiber Laminate strengthening method?

Horse Carbon Laminate is a prefabricated (pultruded), carbon fibre reinforced polymer laminate for structural strengthening of structures made from concrete, masonry, steel or wood. The Horse Carbon Laminate is bonded with epoxy resin (HM-120CP) to the substrate as an external support element.
